The DARKES group is a collection of businesses arising from our 5th generation family Orchard 'Glenbernie Orchard'.

Glenbernie Orchard is the 'roots' of DARKES, where we grow apples, peaches, nectarines and persimmons for both commercial sale and on-farm retail sale.

The Apple Shack is our on-farm shop. You can visit the Apple Shack 7 days (excluding some public holidays), to buy our fruit, honey, juice, cider and other related products.

DARKES Cider is the brand that makes our apple cider and other fermented products! We make our apple cider from our own apples grown at Glenbernie Orchard, we also make honey mead, apple cider vinegar and our newest addition 'Perry' (pear cider).

DARKES Events is our events business. We host all kinds of events from birthdays, to weddings, to music festivals! Get in touch with our events co-ordinator here.
