Our original cider. The first baby. This 4.5% ABV apple cider has 'just the right amount of fruitiness'. An addictive apple flavour. We have created this delicious drink through blending a secret recipe of our 6th generation orchard's apples. That's right - it's our apples! These apples are fermented to the perfect 'not too sweet but not to dry' taste, and will please a large range of taste buds. Winner of 2 gold awards at the World Cider Awards. Pairs nicely with seafood, screams to be consumed with Thai inspired dishes and is an all occasion drink!  

Perry is, you guessed it, our pear cider! Sitting at 3.5% ABV this delectable perry is lighter in alcohol and therefore perfect for those times when you only want 'a little bit'. It's also perfect for those times where you want 'a lot'. Actually, its pear-fect for any occasion, really! Perry tastes like a provocative champagne. Serve in a gorgeous champagne flute and if you want to go a little more fancy serve with a strawberry or even a sprig of mint. This Perry has recently won 'Best Perry' at the Red Hill Cider Show in Victoria.

Our Dry Cider is the next step in the DARKES cider-verse. Drier than Howler, this 6% ABV apple cider is sure to be a big hit with anyone who likes things just a tad drier. Stone fruit and warm apple notes accompany a lght sparkle, while the palate shows citrus and green apple flavours, with acids and fruit sweetness to balance. It is a great drink all by itself on a hot day but also great to use in a marinade for your pulled pork or add to a lovely salad dressing. Try it and be surprised!

Our 'quiet achiever'. While he may be but little (actually, it's non-alcoholic), he is fierce (competition to the rest of our fleet of drinks)! Little blue was named after our young blue heeler pup, who was small and innocent - yet a huge part of us. We created this delicious sparkling apple as an option for those not drinking alcohol, but still wanting to fit in with the crowd. Whether you have never tasted a drop of alcohol, on an alcohol break, expecting a small human to join you, or you just want a refreshing drink - little blue is the one for you. We don't believe it needs anything else, however you can experiement jazzing it up with a wedge of lime, some mint, a strawberry or a raspberry (or all!). Many of our customers have also used it as a mixer for spirits such as gin - you really are only limited by your imagination with this drink!

The key to the good properties in ACV is keeping the 'mother' in, which is exactly what we do. The mother is retained throughout the vinegar as we do not pasteurise or filter it. Aside from the hundreds of health benefits, our ACV tastes delicious too. We love using it on salads as a dressing, in marinades and in cooking. Simply add a dash to fruit drinks and sodas for a pick me up.

BEE Sting, sparkling honey mead 6% ABV is exquisite and very different to anything we have experienced made from honey. Serve in a beautiful glass. The more provocative, the better!
