6 generations of the Fahey family have grown apples and other fruit in Darkes Forest sine 1939. We have teamed with another family of Irish descent 'The Kielty's' to create a magic range of sauces from our fruit. Padraic Kielty beautifully crafts small batches allowing each batch to reflect the season.

This sauce can be drizzled over ice-cream, sponge cake, cheesecake or pudding! Fun mixed into our own Little Blue non-alcoholic cider!
