6 generations of the Fahey family have grown apples and other fruit in Darkes Forest sine 1939. We have teamed with another family fo Irish descent 'The Kielty's' to create a magic range of sauces from our fruit. Padraic Kielty beautifully crafts small batches allowing each batch to reflect the season. This sauce can be substituted anywhere you use sweet chilli sauce. Brilliant with chips and sour cream or (substitute)! It is totally awesome on seafood, chicken, salad or in a wrap.
